I'm currently putting the finishing touches to my SLiMDisc algorithm for the discovery of short linear motifs. It is in its final stages of testing and should be publicly available here soon

I finally got my webpage up and running.Content will be following over the next couple of days.

I'm a 2nd year PhD student in the Clinical Bioinformatics lab in the Conway Institute of Biomolecular and Biomedical Research in UCD.
My area of research is motif discovery. Over the course of my PhD my work will include:
- Designing searching algorithms
- Creating motif statistics
- Programing motif finding applications
